General

Provide a baffle curtain that is custom fabricated from geomembrane materials. Tested to withstand chlorine, extreme temperatures, rips, abrasion, and hydraulic shock. All fabrics must be NSF approved.

The curtain will be designed for the specific length and depth of the tank to achieve the desired flow pattern. The vertical position of the baffle is maintained by stainless steel hardware and cable attached to the top of the baffle and the tank dome.

A welded cable pocket around the perimeter of the baffle shall contain a stainless steel cable for support and ballast.

Miscellaneous

• All metal hardware shall be stainless steel.
• No gluing or stitching will be allowed.
• All welded seams shall be a minimum of one inch.
• Contractor to provide factory field technician to supervise the installation.
